Job Summary:

As a Breakfast & Lunch Line Cook / Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in helping to run the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality meals. Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Operations: Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate on meal and specials planning to create exciting and delicious options for our guests.
• Preparation: Perform daily prep tasks to ensure readiness for breakfast and lunch service.
• Line Cooking: Work on the line during breakfast and lunch meal periods, maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to foster a supportive and efficient environment.
• Standards and Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the needs of the kitchen and take initiative when necessary.
