This individual will play a pivotal role in administrative work in management environment. Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS); perform as Non-DTS Entry Agent. Performs calendar management, appointment. and meeting scheduling for PM or PdM leadership. Monitor the division organizational e-mail account (i.e., workflow) and distribute information and/or execute taskings as required providing responsive support to leadership. Handles correspondence, arranges meetings. May perform timekeeping dutes in DoD Automated Time and Attendance Production System (DATAAPS).
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Four additional years of direct relevant experience, for a total of eight years of experience, may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Four years of relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Global Combat Support System (G-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS, )and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program)
- Active Polygraph
