This individual will oversee a multi-disciplinary team conducting cybersecurity and responsible AI evaluations of Large Language Models (LLMs). The Lead will coordinate all sprint activities across domains such as network defense, adversarial testing, cryptographic systems, cyber threat preparedness, and ethical AI. This individual will be responsible for technical direction, sprint management, and final quality assurance across all deliverables and play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team conducting 90-day sprints assessing LLMs' cybersecurity reasoning, detection, and ethical judgment capabilities.
• Oversee development of question-answer evaluation sets across cybersecurity domains (network analysis, cryptography, adversarial ML, threat intelligence, and ethics).
• Ensure consistency, rigor, and traceability in all evaluation materials aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and internal responsible-AI frameworks.
• Manage timelines and deliverables per project Gantt milestones, coordinating parallel sprint functions where staff have overlapping qualifications.
• Provide expert technical review and integrate outputs from subject-matter experts into cohesive evaluation datasets.
• Advise leadership on findings, risks, and mitigation strategies emerging from LLM evaluations.
• Represent the project in stakeholder reviews and technical briefings.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years in cybersecurity, including experience across multiple sub-domains (e.g., red teaming, cryptography, network analysis, or AI security).
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams or evaluation programs.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK) and ethical hacking methodologies.
• Familiarity with large language model behavior, adversarial ML, or AI assurance.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.

Desired Qualifications

Preferred

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, GCIH, IA.
