What You'll Do:
- Responsibility to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
- Partner with Maintenance to schedule and coordinate apartment turnovers
- Monitor and order all cleaning supplies and paper products, according to budget
- Maintain all daily housekeeping schedules and schedule new requests for housekeeping services
- Update all SDS books in the building
- Monitor all housekeeping services provided
- Hire, train and supervise the housekeeping team, including payroll.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of healthcare housekeeping experience preferred
- 2-3 years of housekeeping supervision
