We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and maintained.
- Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and training documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
