Essential Functions
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in close alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide cross-functional teams from initiation through completion. Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively developing mitigation strategies to reduce delivery obstacles.
- Drive, track and report project status, ensuring transparency, accountability, and early identification of issues or delays.
- Coordinate activities across teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors, to ensure timely and quality execution. Create RFP process.
- Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and buy-in at all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and business value.
- Facilitate change management processes, including stakeholder training, communication planning, and readiness assessments.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Champion a culture of innovation and digital transformation, supporting scalable systems design and operational efficiency.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of IT project management experience delivering enterprise application integrations and automation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations or integrations, with expertise in:
- NetSuite (ERP Core, Advanced Inventory, Manufacturing)
- Sage Intacct
- NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
- Celigo or equivalent iPaaS integration platform
- Strong understanding of finance and operations workflows within ERP ecosystems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors.
- Expertise in creating and managing RFP processes and vendor evaluations.
- Familiarity with change management practices and organizational adoption strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
