Summary:
The primary role of the Dietary Assistant is to clean food preparation areas and dishes and assist with the preparation of food trays and nourishments for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Helps prepares hot and cold foods and beverages. Maintains and follows all meal schedules.
- Prepares trays with proper and accurate food items, as well as transports meals Prepares snacks and nourishments for residents
- Cleans food preparation areas as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language clearly and understandably.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Some previous experience preferred in Healthcare industry
