Head Coach- Baseball Travel Team

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head Coach of a Baseball Travel Team based in Middleton, WI, with some tasks accommodating remote work. The Head Coach will manage team practices, oversee game-day preparation and coaching, and implement effective training programs to develop players' skills and game strategies. Responsibilities also include communication with players and parents, planning team activities, and fostering a positive, growth-focused environment for the players.

• Expertise and experience in Coaching and Coaching Baseball
• A strong foundation in Baseball knowledge and the ability to share it effectively
• Excellent communication skills to engage with players, families, and staff
• Ability to plan and conduct training sessions that enhance player performance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience working with youth players is a plus
• Reliable transportation for travel to games and practices
