Silverscreen Decoration & Fulfillment – Reno, NV (Onsite)
Silverscreen Decoration & Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, and positioning Silverscreen as a premier partner in the apparel decoration industry.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and is comfortable building marketing programs from the ground up. This position currently operates as a standalone marketing role with support from Sales, Operations, and Creative teams, with the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated marketing team as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop content calendars and create engaging marketing content including posts, articles, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal creative resources to develop graphics, photography, video, and branded assets
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
Website & Lead Generation
- Manage website content, updates, and optimization efforts
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns
- Monitor website performance, traffic trends, and conversion opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to track campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Email Marketing & Customer Communications
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and account engagement
- Develop customer newsletters, announcements, and promotional communications
- Support internal communications initiatives and company-wide messaging
Events & Brand Representation
- Coordinate trade show participation, promotional events, and customer-facing marketing initiatives
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities
- Support strategic partnerships and community engagement opportunities
Leadership & Growth
- Establish scalable marketing processes and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Creative teams
- Help define future marketing team structure and participate in hiring and development efforts as the department expands
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience required; 5 years preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience presenting ideas, recommendations, and results to leadership
Preferred Experience
- Experience in apparel decoration, promotional products, e-commerce, print production, or related industries
- Experience managing company websites and digital content
- Familiarity with lead generation and B2B marketing strategies
- Experience with video content, photography, and brand storytelling
- Experience supporting sales teams through marketing initiatives
