What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own territory, generating leads, knocking doors, and building referral pipelines
- Performing roof inspections and documenting storm damage
- Working insurance claims from start to close
- Presenting solutions and closing contracts with homeowners
- Managing your pipeline and following up consistently
- Coordinating with admin and production teams
- Attending site visits and final walk-throughs when needed
Who We're Looking For
You have direct experience in at least one of the following: roofing sales, storm restoration, insurance claims, door-to-door sales, solar sales, or exterior remodeling.
Beyond that, you are:
- Proven at closing and not just working leads someone handed you
- Comfortable on rooftops and in front of homeowners
- Self-managed and able to build a pipeline from scratch
- Competitive with strong integrity, we operate the right way
- Ready to grow into leadership if that's the goal
Leadership Track
Top performers get the first look at branch manager and team lead roles as we grow. This is a real path, not a talking point.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
