Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is delivered.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage customer information efficiently.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve client services.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills for effective data management.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
