Job Responsibilities:
- Building preventative maintenance and repairs, basic landscaping and snow removal
- Oversight of the housekeeping and security departments
- Ensure environment of care regulatory compliance and documentation
- Ordering supplies within budget guidelines
- Ensure effective communication with clients and staff
Qualifications;
- Compassionate support of recovery
- Prior building maintenance experience
- Basic repair skills in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
- Excellent communication skills
