Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment.
- Responsible for fire safety training and drills.
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping,security and laundry department personnel.
- Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
