Non-Profit Client Representative

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the community for our non-profit clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust with potential donors
• Successfully execute sales presentations to secure donations
• Participate in grassroots fundraising initiatives
• Engage with potential donors, giving key highlights and explanations for where donated funds are allocated
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and timely service to non-profit clients
• Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
