Make-Ready / Maintenance Technician

Pay: $16–$18/hr (DOE) | Full-Time
Silver Lands Management owns and operates apartment communities and manufactured home parks across multiple markets. We are growing fast and looking for a skilled Make-Ready Technician to help turn units and keep our properties in top shape.
Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 oncall rotation
What You’ll Do
- Turn vacant apartments & mobile homes
- Trash-out and clean units
- Paint, patch drywall, install flooring & trim
- Light plumbing & electrical
- Repair doors, cabinets, fixtures & appliances
- Exterior touch-ups, pressure washing & grounds
What We Need
- 2 years of make-ready, apartment maintenance, or construction experience
- Can work independently and get units turned fast
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Can lift 50 lbs and work indoors & outdoors
