Manager, Investor Relations
Silver Lands is a private equity firm that owns and manages mobile home communities and apartment buildings across the United States. We're looking for a Manager of Investor Relations to be the firm's face to new investors, welcome them, teach them our portal, and keep them informed with clear, on-time reporting.

About the role
This is a client-facing support role at heart. You'll spend your days helping investors get comfortable with our platform, answering their questions, and making sure they always know where their investment stands. You should be at ease with financial language and able to read a basic model, but this is about service and relationships, not raising capital or building the models yourself.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing investors.
- Onboard investors to our portal and platform, teaching them how to access statements, distributions, and performance updates.
- Prepare and send periodic financial reports and investor communications.
- Answer investor questions with clarity and follow through until each one is resolved.
- Represent Silver Lands at community and relationship events, including golf tournaments and property tours.
- Read and explain basic financial models to a non-technical audience.
- Keep investor records accurate and coordinate closely with the finance team.
What you bring
- 3 years of investor relations experience.
- Strong Excel & AI modeling skills.
- Comfort with financial language and the ability to read a basic financial model.
- Excellent communication and a service-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in-office in Lehi and attend occasional events.
