Position Summary

Silver King Beverage (SKB) is a fast-growing beverage manufacturer committed to operational excellence and smart, data-driven growth. We are seeking a Senior Pricing & Cost Strategy Analyst to serve as a key business partner to Finance, Sales, and Operations—helping shape pricing strategy, optimize product profitability, and enhance financial transparency across our manufacturing footprint.

This role goes beyond number-crunching: it’s about bringing structure and strategic insight to how SKB prices, produces, and grows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical depth with business acumen, influencing decisions that directly impact revenue, margin, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Financial Strategy

• Lead the maintenance, and continuous improvement of dynamic pricing models that reflect true cost-to-serve and profitability by product, customer, and channel.

• Analyze material cost fluctuations, production efficiency, and overhead allocation to identify margin opportunities and risks.

• Partner with leadership to recommend strategic pricing adjustments that balance market competitiveness with financial performance.

• Support annual pricing reviews, cost roll processes, and customer contract renewals through accurate data modeling and scenario planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales to align cost visibility, margin targets, and pricing execution.

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and commercial teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor in high-value customer negotiations, providing data-backed recommendations that strengthen profitability and customer relationships.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor industry benchmarks, competitor pricing, and market trends to guide SKB’s pricing strategy in a fast-evolving environment.

• Develop executive-level reports and dashboards that highlight pricing effectiveness, cost trends, and profitability performance.

• Present insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership, supporting both tactical and long-term decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion process standardization and automation within pricing and cost analysis workflows.

• Partner with IT and Finance to improve data accuracy and accessibility across ERP and BI tools.

• Document and communicate pricing governance frameworks to ensure consistency across all customer and product categories.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5 years of progressive experience in pricing, cost analysis, or financial planning — ideally within manufacturing, CPG, or beverage sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, and scenario analysis).

• Deep understanding of cost accounting principles, product costing, and margin optimization.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills; able to translate insights into business action.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and BI tools a strong plus.
