Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, your duties will include ensuring accurate verification of incoming merchandise – such as counts, receipts, and pricing – and coordinating proper distribution to maintain inventory accuracy while consistently meeting customer expectations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Match manifest with order, verify counts and communicate discrepancies.
- Select and print appropriate labels and legibly label all completed cases to minimize loss and damage.
- Use appropriate equipment to manage time effectively and minimize cost.
- Accurately enter data and operate computer for other assigned duties.
- Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with shops to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.
- Keep work area clean and neat and promptly report mechanical problems.
- Prove to be a dynamic team member through working well with various team members and leadership.
- Perform all job duties in a reasonable and safe manner.
- Must learn and serve as back-up to Inventory Coordinator function, specifically including completing pushes to shops.
- Follow any other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties requested by leadership.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly to respond to fellow employee questions and concerns.

Education and Experience:
- High school education or equivalent gained through work experience with proficiency in math.
- Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred.
- Computer skills and attention to detail are a must with prior receiving experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking continuously; frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling weights ranging from 10-50 pounds; frequently stooping, bending and reaching high or low levels to move stock.
- Lift, carry, push and pull an average weight of 30 pounds to 70 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 - 100% of the time
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions.
- See near to read written instructions, price tags and other paperwork. See far with good depth perception and color vision to view and identify product.
- Work continuously in both indoor and / or outdoor environments with related temperature extremes and changes.
