Job Summary: Assists Food Senior Lead with the duties and responsibilities of the Food Division at the facility by performing the following duties.
This is a Seasonal position with full-time hours. This position begins 4/6/2026 and ends 9/13/2026.
Possibility of working at Silver Dollar City or the Showboat when White Water's operating season concludes.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Assists in the operation of all food areas for park operations.
- Ensures work procedures and schedules are available and followed.
- Takes inventory of all food items and supplies as requested.
- Performs the work of subordinate personnel as needed.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Works with integrity and ethics.
- Follows policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
- Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
- At the request of or in the absence of the Food Senior Lead:
- Places orders with vendors for daily operation.
- Ensures all food operations are ready for daily opening
- Completes and approves time worked by employees.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Able to communicate efficiently
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly some of the day
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
- The ability to work at a rapid speed frequently
Education and Experience:
- One to two years of related supervisory experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:

- The ability to lift 20 pounds frequently to 60 pounds maximum
- The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
- The ability to work in extreme weather frequently
