What are the responsibilities and job description for the Silver Dollar City - Food Management Internship (Seasonal, 2026) position at Silver Dollar City Ozark Mtns?
Come be a part of our internationally recognized Food Team as an Intern. You will gain valuable experience in all aspects of our Food Division while expanding your knowledge in the culinary and hospitality field.
You must be currently at least 18 years of age and enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school degree program to participate. This program runs from May 18th through August 14th.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Food Host, PIC (Person in Charge) and Inventory Control Specialist in our Food Division.
- Participate in Leadership and Safety meetings.
- Learn about leadership roles and responsibilities.
- Learn scheduling and time keeping procedures.
- Assist with written communication.
- Learn the duties of Inventory Control and how other back of the house areas play a role in our success
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Complete one project in the Food division determined by management

Education/Experience:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program in a related field.
- Must have basic computer skills with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
