What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Nurse - PT position at Silver Birch Living?
Silver Birch of Midtown is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team! This a part-time position (16 hours week 1, 24 hours week 2) focused on auditing and correcting wellness files.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma AND
- Two (2) or more years of experience in senior living
CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:
- Current LPN or RN licensure, in good standing
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
- Current Fingerprint Card
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong organization and follow through with detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks within deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web proficiency
