- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
- Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
- Document care and services in the electronic system
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current CNA license in good standing
- Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
- Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful
