How You Will Make an Impact:
- Guide prospective residents and families through the eligibility and move-in process with compassion and professionalism
- Conduct community tours and serve as a welcoming ambassador for Silver Birch Living
- Support inside sales efforts, including follow-up calls, inquiry management, and nurturing leads
- Gather and organize required documentation for program qualification and approval
- Communicate with Medicaid, HUD, LIHTC, and other state service agencies
- Coordinate assessments and prepare complete administrative files for submission
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition experience
- Support occupancy goals while maintaining compliance, integrity, and accountability
- Experience in a resident/customer facing role such as admissions or social services
- Experience in senior living, affordable housing, or housing management
- Experience with leasing or inside sales strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of state service agencies such as Medicaid, HUD, or LIHTC
- Associate degree preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who builds trust with families and external partners
- Demonstrated sense of urgency
- A team member who takes ownership and lives our core values
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
