We are seeking a dynamic Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing community activity programs that appropriately engage residents.

What you’ll be doing:
- Organizes, communicates, and facilitates move-in day experience for new residents and families as well as monitors and encourages resident transition into community lifestyle
- Actively identifies resident’s interests and preferences to design engaging programming
- Actively seeks feedback on ways to improve the resident experience; including facilitating the resident satisfaction survey process
- Ensures the Resident Council meets monthly, minutes are taken and posted; as well as attend upon invitation
- Ensures aesthetics of all life enrichment community areas are inviting, safe and appropriate for residents and families
- Plans, creates and executes a monthly calendar that infuses core values and incorporates the dimensions of wellness and community calendar event standards
- Works closely with sales and marketing to plan & promote prospect experiences at the community
- Creates monthly newsletter promoting activities and distribute to residents and families
- Contributes to the community Facebook page through uploading posts
- Orders, secures, and maintains supplies for activities
- Provides input into the life enrichment budget, implements and controls the expenses, and submits monthly expense report
- Manages and oversees the General Store per policy
- Facilitates community van transportation for residents to appointments and events
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) or more years of experience working with seniors
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance
- NCCAP (Activities Professional) certification required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others for a common goal
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt schedule to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web proficiency
