What You’ll Do
As our Eligibility Coordinator, you will play a key role in welcoming new residents to our community. You will:
- Work closely with residents and families to gather and complete required documentation for eligibility and move-in.
- Support residents through application and renewal process.
- Coordinate assessments and appointments with all necessary parties.
- Communicate regularly with external agencies, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare administrative files and submit documentation for approval.
- Ensure tax credit financial eligibility requirements are met and maintain compliance.
- Serve as a trusted guide and resource for residents and families during their transition.
- Conduct tours and manage inside sales activities to drive occupancy and achieve sales goals.
- Experience in senior living or housing management (preferred).
- Background in inside sales or leasing (preferred).
- 2 years of experience working with state service agencies such as Medicaid, HUD, or LIHTC.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; (Associate degree preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
