Front Desk Coordinator (Automotive Repair Shop) – Part Time, SILVA'S AUTO - MERRIMACK, NH
Silva’s Auto is a busy, family-owned automotive repair shop looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator. This role is critical to keeping our shop running smoothly and setting clear expectations for our customers.
We value accuracy, communication, and reliability. Option for full-time employment available in future.
Schedule
- Part-time: 3–4 days per week (Flexibility on which days)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Pay
- $20/hr and up depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and manage the front desk
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Create and update repair orders in Tekmetric
- Communicate customer concerns to the Service Manager
- Provide customer updates
- Process payments and close invoices
- Perform light administrative and data entry tasks
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk and waiting area
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking and answering phones
- Calm under pressure, especially during busy mornings
- Willing to follow processes and ask questions
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with Tekmetric
- Automotive service or repair shop experience
- Front desk or administrative background
