Job Description:

As a Project Associate, you will be assigned to a variety of projects that will ensure the success of day-to-day operations for our clients. You will be a crucial member of the Silva Consulting Solutions (SCS) project team to help develop, support, and facilitate the safety and compliance for our clients’ businesses and staff. This is an entry level position where SCS will provide you with all training necessary to ensure your success while supporting you to build new/universal skills. Communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things will be pivotal to your success in this entry level project management position within the firm.

Special Project Associates will work primarily within a Healthcare setting. There is a potential for some projects to be outside the greater Boston area where you may need to travel (daily travel only) to locations throughout New England.

Projects Responsibilities:

· Equipment sterilization and distribution.

· Environmental service inspections and audits.

· Asset tagging and data entry.

· Conducting tests to ensure the proper use of Respirators on Client Staffing

· Conducting Chemical inventory.

· Bio and Hazardous waste pickup and transportation.

Project Associates will not feel stagnant or bored working with us!

Ideal candidates shall be driven, passionate, and dedicated. The work environment requires time management, organization, critical thinking, attention to detail and customer service skills. The following are required:

Requirements:

  • Highschool graduate or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Lifting and transporting up to 50lbs
  • Customer service (2 years)
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail

Since our projects are in hospitals and medical facilities, candidates must be able to produce a vaccination history or be able to have required medical information gathered with haste. After acceptance of the position, SCS can help schedule vaccinations with our providers if necessary. All hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check. *Covid-19 vaccinations with boosters are required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
