Who We are:
GracoRoberts headquartered in Arlington, TX is proud to be the single largest and most technically focused specialty chemicals distributor to serve the global aerospace market.
Your Duties:
- As a working manager you will be responsible for all operations of the warehouse including personnel, receiving, inventory management and accuracy, order pulling, packaging, and shipping.
- Maintaining adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for the department, including the development, coordination review, and approval of Work Instructions and Quality Records.
- Ensuring a safe environment including enforcing PPE requirements and strict enforcement of the 6S Program.
- Providing a prompt response when notified of a department nonconformance, including thorough root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of FedEX, UPS, common carrier and international shipping systems and requirements, including IATA, air shipments and hazardous materials.
- Experience working within the most current AS9100/AS9120 and ISO9001 standards(required)
- Proven ability to lead a small team.
- Highly quantitative and data-driven with the ability to interpret data and act accordingly.
- 49 CFR/IATA Hazmat Training (preferred).
- CDL with Hazardous Materials Endorsement (preferred).
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
