International Service Coordinator
Carson, CA Full-Time/Hybrid
Pay Range: $65,000 $70,000 annually
GracoRoberts is seeking an experienced International Service Coordinator to support a global customer and supplier in the Aerospace and Defense industry. This role focuses on sourcing approved products, supporting RFQs and bid proposals, managing purchase orders, and serving as a key liaison for international accounts.
What Youll Do
- Obtain vendor quotes to support customer RFQs and bid proposals
- Source, develop, and manage domestic and international suppliers
- Create, manage, and update purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate order status, confirmations, and updates to customers
- Resolve non-conformance issues and assist with invoice discrepancies
- Support freight activities including quotes, bookings, and shipment tracking
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree preferred or 5 years of Aerospace/Defense purchasing experience
- 5 years in a similar role with direct customer interaction
- Aerospace chemicals, hardware, and MRO purchasing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with international customers and suppliers preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
