We operate a fast-paced production kitchen in Gaithersburg, where visual perfection is just as important as flavor.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Silky Gem family's daily fulfillment operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience in order packaging, inventory organization and administrative support while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and process customer orders and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies when identified.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Experienced with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order packaging.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 - 55 lbs during the shift.
- Ability to work extended hours or overtime as/if needed.
Benefits & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $16 - $17.50
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (with occasional weekend hours during peak production seasons).

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
