Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Professional floral design experience, including mastery of structural arrangements and color theory.

Advanced knowledge of flower care, hydration, and inventory shelf-life management.

Operational experience with Point of Sale systems and floral-specific design software.

Creative portfolio demonstrating versatility across various arrangement styles and event needs.

Strong organizational skills for managing daily shop workflow and seasonal order volume.

Certification in floral design or relevant vocational training.

Craft stunning, high-quality arrangements for daily shop orders, weddings, and special events.

Oversee the daily inventory, ensuring all blooms are fresh and beautifully displayed.

Assist customers with thoughtful recommendations to help them find the perfect arrangement for any occasion.

Collaborate with the shop owner on sourcing unique flowers and developing new, seasonal menu items.

Maintain the shop's aesthetic by keeping the studio organized, clean, and filled with inspiration.

Support the team by training junior staff on proper processing techniques and arrangement styles.
