Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaigns
- Own campaign execution across digital, outbound, inbound, and event channels
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, impact, and available resources
- Build and manage a practical marketing calendar (campaigns, webinars, events)
- Define KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and growth—not vanity metrics
- Track performance across channels (email, paid, organic, events, webinars)
- Provide clear reporting on what’s working, what’s not, and why
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve performance
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ads, content)
- Partner with sales to support pipeline creation and account-based efforts
- Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Own end-to-end execution of webinars (topics, speakers, promotion, follow-up)
- Plan and manage conference participation (booths, speaking sessions, outreach)
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event campaigns to drive ROI
- Track leads, meetings, and pipeline generated from events
- Develop clear messaging aligned to customer pain points and solutions
- Oversee creation of campaign assets (emails, landing pages, decks, one-pagers)
- Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- 3–10 years of experience in B2B marketing (scope based on level)
- Strong execution skills—able to plan and do
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and attribution
- Experience running campaigns, webinars, and/or events
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with leadership
- Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
- Experience in SaaS, technology services, or B2B software
- Familiarity with Clay.com, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools
- Experience supporting sales and pipeline-driven growth
- Conference and webinar management experience
- Account-based marketing (ABM) exposure
- Campaigns consistently drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Webinars and events generate meetings, opportunities, and revenue
- Clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI
- Sales and leadership trust marketing as a growth engine
- Marketing execution scales as the business grows
