Role: Data Governance Program Specialist (P&C)
Location: Exchange Place, NJ (3 days onsite)
Requirement: Must be based in New Jersey and available for onsite work 3 days/week.

Responsible for end-to-end execution of Data Governance initiatives aligned with leadership priorities. Works closely with SVP & AVPs to ensure timely delivery, coordination, and adoption.

Responsible for end-to-end execution of Data Governance initiatives aligned with leadership priorities. Works closely with SVP & AVPs to ensure timely delivery, coordination, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Data Governance initiatives (data quality, stewardship, MDM, catalog, masking, etc.)
- Create delivery plans with timelines, risks, and milestones
- Drive meetings, track progress, and resolve blockers
- Manage communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Support training, surveys, and feedback processes
- Track KPIs, metrics, and governance adoption
- Assist in change management and continuous improvement
- Experience in data/governance or cross-functional project delivery
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- P&C Insurance experience
- Knowledge of Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality
- Experience with training programs or Power BI
