Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-Time Overtime
Shifts Available:
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 days/week, includes weekends)
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (5 days/week, includes weekends)
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and the flexibility to support a facility that runs around the clock.

What You'll Be Doing- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components (up to 480V)
- Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks
- Monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure consistent production
- Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machine components
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards at all times
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy experience a plus)
- Experience with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with VFDs, pumps, and valves is a plus
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
- Comfortable working in wet, physically demanding environments
