Information Technology Administrator
Work location: Milpitas Office.
This position will be responsible for office IT support and troubleshoot.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues for colleagues regarding network, VPN, office/lab computers, phone, video conferencing, and other IT systems.
- Maintain the US IT environment and phone system, including server room, servers, data backup, storage devices, telecom lines, and phone extensions.
- Manage meeting room equipment and provide support for meeting setup.
- Collaborate in implementing and enforcing relevant information security and IT management policies.
- Manage IT equipment procurement.
- Well execution and communication of Global IT projects and policies in US region.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficient in network, server, and computer operations and troubleshooting.
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the IT field.

Estimated Base Pay Range (USD):
$80,000 - $100,000, $ per annum
- The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
