- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and labor allocation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with Planning, Sales, and Production teams
- Conduct fork truck safety audits and lead warehouse safety initiatives.
- Monitor receiving, staging, and storage processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and verify Bills of Lading and manifests for outbound shipments, including FedEx and international orders.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation for hazardous materials and international shipments.
- Resolve discrepancies with accounting on invoices, packing slips, and receiving reports.
- Manage dunnage flow, sorting, and inventory in line with production requirements.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive service schedules for fork trucks and warehouse tools.
- Support Continuous Improvement, 5S, sanitation, and safety initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and material handling best practices.
- Familiar with JD Edwards, AS400, or similar ERP systems.
- APICS certification or knowledge of forecasting and production modeling preferred.
- Effective communicator with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with production, planning, and quality teams.
