- Complete our 8–10 month Production Management Development Program, gaining expertise in manufacturing processes, production supervision, and plant operations.
- Assist with daily plant management, including staff supervision, production planning, and equipment oversight.
- Apply statistical process control and quality tools to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure safety compliance, enforce standard operating procedures, and lead training initiatives.
- Manage production throughput, labor contracts, and foster positive workplace relations.
- Technical skills and mechanical aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead manufacturing teams.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations and 1 year in supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, process improvement, and safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while meeting operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with complex manufacturing systems and production management principles.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
