Plant Controller

• Manage plant accounting processes
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and planning
• Maintain standard costs and bills of materials
• Oversee physical inventory, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP
• Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution costs, and inventory variances
• Participate in daily and weekly cross-functional production meetings
• Support internal control enhancements and asset protection
• Supervise front office administrative activities

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of standard cost systems
• Experience verifying production processes and performing plant walkthroughs
