- Manage and maintain fixed assets in the EnterpriseOne system, including initiating transfers and disposals, tagging assets, overseeing inventories, and closing jobs in alignment with compliance procedures.
- Create asset records by assigning appropriate categories, depreciation classes, and sequence numbers while reviewing and validating data received via the Asset Data Worksheet, working closely with plant and engineering teams to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute monthly job closure reports and notices for accounting and project engineering stakeholders.
- Oversee the routing of Project Change Notices and serve as a key point of contact for asset inquiries across engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Train plant and engineering personnel in the Asset Data Worksheet system and capital job closure procedures.
- Coordinate travel, manage meeting scheduling, prepare materials, and organize event logistics for the engineering team.
- Track and summarize Research and Development account activity, including spending approvals.
- Maintain engineering records and organize technical documents such as drawings and manuals.
- Provide backup to other administrative staff.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, and a business or technical college education is preferred.
- 2 or more years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with general mechanical or engineering processes is a plus.
