You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth scheduling for appointments and referrals, while managing insurance verification, billing, and payment processing. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance is essential. At the end of the day, you'll reconcile transactions and generate reports to verify production and collections.
