Sales Director – Silenium

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid preferred)

Compensation: Base commission equity

Silenium is an AI powered sales prospecting platform built for high outbound B2B teams. Our platform learns a company’s ICP, value proposition, and messaging, then autonomously executes highly personalized outreach to drive more qualified at bats without requiring changes to existing sales processes. We’re growing fast and constantly innovating to stay cutting edge.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead revenue growth, close high value deals, and help scale our outbound motion. This is a player coach role, you’ll be closing deals yourself while shaping strategy, messaging, and handling other sales related activity.


What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue targets and pipeline generation
  • Close high value B2B deals (mid market to enterprise)
  • Continue to build and refine outbound strategy alongside the founders
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and sales playbooks
  • Manage and optimize the full sales cycle (prospecting to close, with some retention as well)
  • Help hire and mentor future sales reps


Requirements

  • 5 years in B2B sales individual contributor roles with quantifiable success
  • 2 years in B2B sales leadership (SaaS or high ticket services preferred)
  • Proven ability to close $50K deals
  • Experience in early stage or fast growth environments
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
  • Strong internal and external communicator
  • Team player looking to help others grow along with themselves
  • Proficient with Hubspot


Bonus Points

  • Experience selling sales tech, AI tools, or outbound platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound stacks
  • Local to Minneapolis (for in person strategy and client/prospect meetings)
  • Our office will be ready in a couple of months located in downtown Minneapolis, in person at least Tuesday-Thursday would be ideal
