Shift: Night Shift - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

Position Description

Work alongside our Shipping Department to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our customers. Ensure all products are picked correctly. Responsible for picking and packing all shipments.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack all products on schedule while reaching daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Operate ERP system data entry with a strong attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Participate in regular company product audits
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory
• Comply with safe work practices; understanding work injury procedures, workers comp, and OSHA standards
• Ability to work with all employees within SilencerCo with exemplary teamwork
• Comply with Compliance standards while handling regulated products
• Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems and recommend solutions
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Familiar with inventory methods (LIFO, FIFO)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
