Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, researching problems, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
- Suggest improvements to processes, products, or services to enhance the customer experience.

Job Qualifications (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field.

- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
