The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7-10 years of experience in the residential HVAC trade
- Service Titan experience is a huge plus
- Proven installation management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency to the job done correctly and on-time
- A passion for delivering good customer service
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A “team first” attitude
- Successful history of leading multiple teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma and technical school education.
- CT S, D, or B license required
- 10 years HVAC Residential Installation experience.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be mechanically inclined with an excellent work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
