We are a vertically integrated operation with our own semi-truck repair shop (Pete’s Service & Sales), used truck dealership (Sikora Truck Sales), and freight brokerage (Sikora Logistics).
This structure allows us to move fast, keep trucks on the road, and provide long-term stability for both drivers and staff as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Do- Recruit and onboard CDL-A OTR company drivers
- Post and manage driver ads (Indeed, Facebook groups, referrals, etc.)
- Pre-screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Verify experience, MVR basics, employment history, and eligibility
- Coordinate onboarding with safety and operations
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified drivers
- Track weekly recruiting metrics and hires
