Position Overview
The Inside Sales Support will play a key role in supporting and expanding our presence throughout the PA, NJ, and DE region. This is a hybrid technical–commercial role focused on building customer relationships, managing project quotations, and ensuring successful execution of each order from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Call on electrical distributors, OEMs, IPPs, and other key accounts within the PA/NJ/DE territory.
- Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare project quotations in alignment with customer requirements.
- Enter sales orders into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Project manage each order from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production, logistics, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using Salesforce as well as our internal customer measurement tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sales, project management, or customer-facing technical roles (electrical industry preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information and convey it clearly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in electrical equipment, utilities, or power systems.
- Knowledge of substation equipment or electrical distribution products.
