In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure the smooth flow of production lines. Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following safety standards and production protocols
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble components accurately
• Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and work orders to meet specifications
• Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials within the facility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety and quality standards
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
• Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of heavy or hazardous materials

Experience

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly line operations
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, technical drawing interpretation, and the use of measuring instruments
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques is a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in managing production or assembly teams is advantageous
• Comfortable working with warehouse management systems and interpreting manufacturing documentation
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments, including adherence to safety protocols and manual handling procedures

Pay: $20.50 per hour
