This is an on-site, full time position
Your Impact
You will be the operational backbone of the company - ensuring leads are followed up, bids are moving, vendors are aligned, and projects stay on track.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Own lead and estimates follow-up to help convert opportunities into projects
• Assist with bid preparation, takeoffs support, and estimating data entry
• Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, timelines, and job details
• Submit and track bids and proposals from start to finish
• Perform daily follow-ups on job progress to keep projects moving
• Open city permits and submit requests for Title 24 compliance
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution
• Provide high-level operational and organizational support to the CEO and team
• Perform related duties within your scope to support business operations
What we are looking for:
• Strong executor - someone who gets things done without constant follow-up
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction, project coordination, or operations is a strong plus
• Ability to read plans is a plus
• HR or people-operations exposure is a plus
Compensation & Growth:
• $31–$33/hour based on experience
