Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Company Representative at SIGONNA Pulse in Sheridan, WY. As a Company Representative, you will be responsible for assisting vendors, providing company information and recommendations, processing orders, handling vendor inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for promoting and upholding the values and spirit of adventure and oudoor passion that SIGONNA Pulse represents.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge and passion for hunting, outdoor activities and accessories
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
