Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, FL. This role supports project managers in coordinating signage and branding projects from initial planning through completion, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting with expediting materials, coordinating inspections, communicating with vendors and internal teams, and monitoring logistics to keep projects on time and within scope. The Assistant Project Manager will help maintain project documentation, update status reports, and proactively address potential delays or issues. This role requires close collaboration with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including scheduling, task coordination, and progress tracking.
- Expeditor and expediting experience to manage orders, materials, and approvals efficiently.
- Inspection and quality control abilities to support site checks and verify compliance with specifications.
- Logistics management skills to coordinate shipments, installations, and on-site activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
